while many people don't necessarily think of garment production when they hear the term "agriculture," the reality is that these two worlds are tightly intertwined -- small farms face so many challenges, regardless of whether they're growing food crops, livestock or textile fibers, and the choices you make when buying a piece of clothing affect farmers the same way your choices at the grocery store do.
four years ago, we had an idea: we wanted to take our commitment to domestic small batch manufacturing to the next level, by focusing on minimizing the environmental impact in our production process. beginning with a tried and true staple... a plain white t-shirt.
after over four years of challenging but incredibly rewarding hard work, we're extremely proud to see this long labor of love come to fruition.
as we've long admired farm aid's advocacy and unwavering support for sustainable farming practices, the cotton project felt like the perfect intersection of our shared efforts and passions: supporting the well-being of family farmers across America while utilizing our t-shirts constructed from cotton that was regeneratively farmed, ginned, spun, milled, and sewn in the USA all within a 400-mile radius.
Details: patterned, cut, and sewn in the USA from an American-made, 100% cotton fabric.
